Eco-Aqua treatment package, purification and recovery units; It includes hydrocyclone, separator, filter and dewatering basket. In addition, active carbon filter, sand filter, water softening unit can be added to the system. If desired, a chemical treatment unit can also be placed. It is the treatment process applied to ensure the precipitation by changing the physical state of dissolved or suspended substances in water by chemical treatment. In the chemical treatment process, as a result of adding chemical substances (coagulant, polyelectrolyte, etc.) to the waste water at appropriate pH value, the substances desired to be precipitated are separated from the water in the form of sludge. With the chemical treatment process, parameters such as suspended solids, COD, BOD, heavy metals and phosphorus are removed. The package treatment unit is installed above ground. Waste water from automatic car washes contains very dense sludge and oily substances. After going through the underground pre-sedimentation and oil separation, there is still pollution inside. As the heavy particles in the water pass through the hydrocyclone, they are separated from the wastewater by the effect of centrifugal force and fall. Our package treatment system is designed according to the DENSITY and COMBINATION (Gravity & Coalesing) theory. With this theory, oil and solid particles are separated from the wastewater. During the pre-treatment of the waste water from the lamella separator, heavy particles and floating materials are separated. During the entire treatment process, 75%-80% of the wastewater is purified and made ready for use again. The remaining 30% lost amount is filled with mains water.

Purified water is added to the last part with a water level controlled valve. The purified water coming from the last part is pressed with a centrifugal pump up to 50 microns through the washable filter, and the part up to 10 microns (which can be reduced to 5 microns) is pressed into the bag filter. Then, clean water is pumped into the treated water tank, where the automatic car wash water is collected. All this system is controlled by PLC automation panel.
